EIT (eLearning and Instructional Technology) Manager

Annual Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
20% with a range of 100 miles
Essential Functions:
Manage Training Staff.
o Create eLearning/In-person training content.
o Develop, assign, track all LMS eLearning.
o LMS (Learning Management System) administration.
o Presentation skills proficiency.
o Deliver training via multiple methods (classroom, computer-based, etc.
).
o Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge of instructional design/content development software (for rendering video or 3d animations, SCORM authoring software, Animaker, Photoshop, Audacity etc.
o Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects.
o Knowledge of adult learning theories and their applications.
o Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Word, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
o Ability to effectively evaluate the effectiveness of a training program and modify as needed.
o Ability to demonstrate effective coaching, counseling, and teaching in a learning environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
4-6 years of related training or experience in lieu of degree.

Authoring Tools (e.

Articulate, iSpring, Adobe Captivate proficiency.
Video Editing and Screen Recording (Adobe/TechSmith Products) proficiency.
LMS (Learning Management Systems) proficiency.
